WestWater have successfully won a tender with the Water Corporation for the design, installation and commissioning of new chlorine and turbidity analysers at Albany South Coast Water Treatment Plant.
The Water Corporation has received complaints from its Albany South Coast customers of overly turbid water. The objective of the works is to improve the water quality for the Albany Scheme by the means of automated chlorine monitoring and dosing, and turbidity monitoring and controls.
All aspects of the works will be completed in accordance with the Contract, Water Corporation Standards and Australian Standards.
The project is expected to reach Practical Completion by May 2021.
