WestWater have successfully won a tender with the Water Corporation to install an Inlet Control Valve, as well as associated electrical / control changes & additions, which will provide a consistent flow through the existing Chlorination module within the Greenhills treatment system.
The project involves a mechanical and electrical installation of the actuated valve and associated underground pipework modifications. The valve will be controlled by an existing PLC onsite and will be fully visible on SCADA.
All aspects of the installation and commissioning of the Inlet Control Valve will be completed in accordance with the Contract, Water Corporation Standards and Australian Standards.
The project is expected to reach Practical Completion by September 2019.
